Some training courses we deliver are Funded by the European Social Fund and require a separate registration as well as more detailed Learner Profile questions. When you register on any ESF Funded Programme you will be sent an additional survey containing additional questions. This survey must be completed in advance of attending ESF Funded training courses.  

This application form is designed to collect essential information about you to support your participation in [ESF+ Course], so that we can comply with ESF+ regulations, and to ensure the success of our initiatives. The information we collect about you includes details like gender, age, education level, and special category data, which will be stored securely and held only for as long as necessary. Your Rights and Choices: The form will ask for general and sensitive information about you. You can choose if you want to share your sensitive information. If you do share sensitive information, we will handle it with utmost sensitivity and protection. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. You can also choose to opt out or withdraw at any time. However, if you withdraw, we will not be able to provide you with access to ESF+ courses until you reapply.
